Ingredients for approximately 9 bars:
150 g oat flakes
50 g almond flakes
20 g pumpkin seeds
50 g sunflower seeds
65 g peanuts
a pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of peanut butter
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
5 tablespoons of agave syrup

Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, chopped nuts and a pinch of salt.
- In a small saucepan, combine the agave syrup and peanut butter. Heat over low heat until combined. Add the oil and stir. Let cool slightly.
- Add the egg to the liquid ingredients and mix.
- Pour the honey-nut mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
- Transfer the mixture to a cake tin lined with baking paper and press down well.
- Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees, checking the color of our bars - they should be golden on top.
- Remove from the loaf pan and let cool. Then, using a sharp knife, cut into bars.
- Everything is ready, we have healthy, homemade oat bars that can be stored in a cool place for up to several days.
