I am the founder and owner of the Ekogram. The idea for a company dealing in the sale and production of organic food was born in my head quite suddenly and unexpectedly. At that time, I did not think that I would be able to develop a business that would become my way of life. I put everything on one card and in retrospect I can say that it was worth it! I think that the ecogram has contributed to the development of nutritional awareness in Poland, and our offer meets the needs of the modern consumer.

  • 2023

    We are modernizing our bottling line for our products (Organic Tamari Soy Sauce, Organic Oils). Producing our own caps significantly improves their quality and eliminates problems that can arise from repeated opening and closing of the bottle. I am defending my thesis: The Organic Products Market in Poland and obtaining my agricultural license.

    We're checking out trends at THE ORGANIC MARKET & TRENDS in Barcelona. Last year, we refreshed the store's interior, and now it's time for the facade and a new window. More changes are coming soon to the Krakow store. We're expanding our private label production offerings for international organic brands. Our products are sold in the Middle East, many Western European countries, and Scandinavia. I'm starting postgraduate studies at the University of Agriculture in Krakow, majoring in Organic Agriculture, Traditional and Regional Products - Production and Certification.
  • 2021

    We're starting the year by automating the process of bottling butter into jars. Until now, this was a semi-automatic process. With the installation of a new production line, we're reducing allergens in our facility. We're phasing out gluten-containing products like bulgur, spelt flour, spelt flakes, and kamut. We finally have our own jar lids. At the end of the year, we're refreshing the interior of our Krakow store and starting selling organic frozen foods. On EKOGRAM's 12th birthday, we're launching PEANUT ISLAND.
  • 2020

    My friends and I are exhibiting at our own BIOFACH booth. My biggest dream for years is coming true. We're starting our own nut roasting plant to have even more control over the production of our nut butter. On EKOGRAM's 11th birthday, a special roaster arrives from Turkey.
  • 2019

    Our products are now available in Carrefour stores. We are once again exhibiting at BIOFACH in Nuremberg.
  • 2018

    For the first time, we exhibit our products at a foreign trade fair – BIOFACH. We establish a partnership with Rossmann Polska, increasing the availability of our product range. We launch our first jarred bulk products. At the NATURA FOOD trade fair in Łódź, we enter another product into the competition and, for the second year in a row, win the GOLD MEDAL in the "organic product" category. We relocate our processing plant to a modern facility in Jodłówka.
  • 2017
    We're working on refreshing our packaging design. We're presenting our new branding at the NATURA FOOD trade fair in Łódź. For the first time, we're entering a product into a competition, and our Organic Chestnut Pancakes win the GOLD MEDAL in the "organic product" category. I'm also deciding to become a YouTuber 🙂 and starting a YouTube channel where I showcase our products and show that everyone can experiment in the kitchen.

    We are moving our flagship store in Krakow to Plac Na Stawach 10 in Salwator, which you can still visit.
  • 2015
    Our first custom packaging featuring the famous green forest logo is created. I order the first pallet racks for our warehouse. We exhibit at our first trade fair, NATURA FOOD, in Łódź.
  • 2014

    We entered 2014 with a bang and are renovating our production hall in Brzesko, near Krakow. This is where our first peanut butter processing plant will be built. We're attending BIOFACH for the first time – the most important organic food trade fair in Europe. We're purchasing an automatic machine for packaging products in doypacks. We're organizing the store's first official birthday, and within 24 hours, we're inundated with nearly a thousand orders! We're starting production of peanut butter without any additives. This is the first product of its kind on the Polish market.
  • 2013

    This is a very important year, as I'm deciding to certify my mini-plant and focus on selling organic food. Our first pallet truck also arrives. 🙂 We're also fulfilling our first major export order. In addition to dry goods, we're also introducing liquid products: organic agave syrup and organic coconut oil. Our mini-plant is once again getting cramped. So we're renting an additional 35 sq m warehouse. At the same time, we're starting the renovation of the company store in Krakow at 31B Nowowiejska Street. We're also working on our first original recipe for peanut butter.
  • 2012

    I hire my first employee, Paweł, who prepares packages for shipping, allowing me to focus on customer service. I already have so much inventory that the room is starting to feel cramped. I decide to get rid of the bed and replace it with an air mattress, which I roll up in the morning, creating extra space for the packages. A moment later, the inventory is so cramped that the kitchen can't even accommodate the items.
  • 2011

    My offerings are expanding with new products: psyllium, coconut oil, young barley, jojoba berries, spirulina, and chlorella. Sales are booming, and I can finally afford to rent a small space in an old tenement house. Żelazna 1 in Krakow is where I spent most of my time. This is where I met many of you, and we spent hours talking about healthy eating.

    Sales are slowly growing; I can now afford a printer so I don't have to send out forms manually. The shelf where I used to display books is already halfway filled with healthy products for sale on Allegro. I'm working on my first online store. www.drpelc.pl

    Back when I was a carefree student, I decided to go on an exchange to the US to participate in the Work & Travel program. I took a job at an American grocery chain, ACME Markets. I was assigned to the fruit and vegetable department. My duties included stocking shelves and preparing packaged products, such as aruba quarters and corn cobs.
