Shipment

Orders placed before 12:00 on business days are shipped the same day. Delivery is usually the next business day.

We deliver deliveries via:

DPD courier - PLN 15.99

Parcel lockers 24/7 - cost PLN 14.99

Collection of the store in Krakow - free

Unfortunately, at the moment, shipments to the EU are temporarily suspended. We only carry out orders with delivery in Poland.

Return / Complaint

The return can be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Regarding the complaint of the product, please contact us by e-mail at the following address: shop [@] ekogram.pl along with the completed complaint protocol and photos of the advertised goods.

If the order has already been processed by the warehouse, unfortunately we will not be able to change it.

If, after checking the package, it turned out that the received products do not comply with the order, please contact me by e-mail.
