Shipment

Orders placed before 12:00 on business days are shipped the same day. Delivery is usually the next business day.

We deliver via:

DPD courier - cost PLN 15.99

Paczkomaty 24/7 - PLN 14.99

Collection from the store in Krakow - free of charge

Unfortunately, at the moment, shipments to the EU are temporarily suspended. We only carry out orders with delivery in Poland.

Return / Complaint

The return can be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Please attach the return form to your return, which you can download here .

In case of a product complaint, please contact us by e-mail at: kontakt@ekogram.pl along with the completed complaint form and photos of the product being complained about.

If the order has already been processed by the warehouse, unfortunately we will not be able to change it.
