What delivery methods are available?

DPD Pickup

Order processing time: orders placed by 12:00 PM on business days are dispatched on the same day + delivery usually on the next business day.

Available payment methods: Tpay (credit card, fast bank transfers, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and bank transfer.

DPD Pickup allows parcel collection at partner locations. It is part of the international system belonging to Geopost, which has over 150,000 points across Europe. The entity providing services to consumers within the DPD Pickup system remains DPD Polska Sp. z o.o.

Points are established in locations convenient for senders and recipients. The network includes partner points, urban branches, parcel lockers, and retail chains such as Żabka, Auchan, Shell, Arhelan, and Martes. DPD Pickup is also available in selected locations of ABC, Euro Sklep, Groszek, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, Stokrotka Express, and Topaz chains.

InPost Paczkomaty 24/7 (Parcel Lockers)

Order processing time: orders placed by 12:00 PM on business days are dispatched on the same day + delivery usually on the next business day.

Available payment methods: Tpay (credit card, fast bank transfers, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and bank transfer.

InPost Parcel Lockers are a system of postal lockers designed for queue-free parcel collection and sending. They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, even on Sundays and holidays. Registration is not required to use the system; an email address and mobile phone number are sufficient.

Courier - DPD

Order processing time: orders placed by 12:00 PM on business days are dispatched on the same day + delivery usually on the next business day.

This is the fastest and most convenient delivery method for most of our customers. The order is delivered by courier to the specified address. 99% of orders are delivered on the next business day after dispatch.

Ekogram Krakow - personal pickup at the store

Order processing time: usually the same or next business day.

How long does order fulfillment take?

All products in the online store that you can add to your cart are also physically available in our warehouse. Therefore, we guarantee immediate fulfillment of your order. Usually, all orders placed by 12:00 PM are fulfilled on the same day and should arrive the next day. The order will be shipped no later than the next business day after placing the order.
