Most finished products and muesli-type mixes contain additional sweeteners such as sugar or glucose syrup, as well as other ingredients undesirable in a balanced diet. By preparing muesli yourself, you are sure what is on your plate. So you can omit the added sugar altogether and sweeten your oatmeal with only dried or fresh fruit. You can also use fit sugar substitutes such as xylitol, coconut sugar or date syrup.

Breakfast cereals for children
Most store-bought breakfast cereals intended for “kids” are bathed in sugar, and the long list of ingredients on the label with mysterious-sounding names often makes you dizzy. Taking care of your child's diet, it is worth offering him a healthier and, in our opinion, also a tastier alternative to ready-made products in the form of homemade oatmeal or muesli. By choosing several types of organic breakfast cereals, bio nuts, bio seeds and bio dried fruits from our offer, you can create and discover new flavor and color combinations every day, some of which your child will surely like.
