It is worth eating them regularly when you are tired, when you need concentration or attention. It is also a filling and effective snack for learners or those who have to work with great mental commitment.

Walnuts grow wild in the Balkans and in Southeast Europe, as well as in the Far East. However, also in our country, in many gardens and allotments, you can find nuts, which are sprinkled with fruit every year.
