Organic Walnuts 200g
Crunch, bake and cook - always have it at hand
When walnuts are removed from their shell, they resemble the human brain. It's not a coincidence - they contain a lot of nutrients that are the perfect fuel for our brain. It is worth eating them regularly when you are tired, when you need concentration or attention. It is also a filling and effective snack for learners or those who have to work with great mental commitment.
Caloric, but very nutritious
Walnuts grow wild in the Balkans and in Southeast Europe, as well as in the Far East. However, also in our country, in many gardens and allotments, you can find nuts, which are sprinkled with fruit every year. Although only a few walnuts have the same calories as a donut or pork chop, they should not be abandoned because of their caloric content. A large number of calories are rewarded with numerous nutrients, of which there are countless in walnuts.
Better a few nuts than one unhealthy bar
It is worth eating walnuts as a filling snack during the day. They are perfect for lunch or afternoon tea. However, it must be remembered that it is a fairly caloric snack and you certainly cannot eat it without restrictions. Especially people on a diet should remember this. However, this does not change the fact that a few nuts are a much better solution than a bar or a packet of cookies.
For cakes, tarts, ice cream and meat
Walnuts are commonly used in the kitchen, primarily as an addition to cakes, homemade cookies, granola, muesli and cereal bars. Chopped nuts can be used as a decorative topping for dried fruit ice-cream, cakes or desserts. Walnuts work well not only in sweet dishes, but also in the more dry ones - for tarts, as an addition to meat or an ingredient in sauces. They also perfectly match with salads and vegetable salads. A few chopped walnuts enhance the flavor and add depth to the dish. Use walnuts in your kitchen and enjoy not only their taste, but also the wealth of health-promoting properties.

Wysokiej jakości orzechy, nie są najtańsze, ale już wiem skąd ta cena - świeże, smaczne bez smaku pleśni co niestety często się zdarzało u poprzednich dostawców

Najpopularniejsze polskie orzechy :)
