They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, even on Sundays and holidays. Registration is not required to use the system; an email address and mobile phone number are sufficient.

How long does order processing take?
All products in the online store that you can add to your cart are also physically available in our warehouse. Therefore, we guarantee lightning-fast processing of your order. Usually, all orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed on the same day and should reach you the next day. The order will be shipped no later than the next business day after placing the order.
