How to return and make a complaint?

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order. Please send the returned goods, along with the withdrawal form and the receipt, to the address given below.

Consumer disputes

The Seller informs that he agrees to settle consumer disputes pursuant to the Act of 23 September 2016 on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1823). If the complaint is not accepted by the Seller, the Consumer may use extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress and request intervention at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection in Krakow, ul. Ujastek 1, 31-752 Kraków, www.krakow.wiih.gov.pl Detailed procedures of using the help of the Trade Inspection are available on the website of the office and on the website www.uokik.gov.pl in the tab "Settlement of consumer disputes" and "Important addresses ".
