Our "cheese" yeast flakes are simply deactivated dried Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast in the form of tiny yellow flakes. The inactive form of the yeast means that it no longer ferments, so it poses no risk to your health.

They easily dissolve in water, milk or vegetable juices. They are an ideal addition to soups, stews, casseroles, pasta, salads, pizzas, sandwich spreads, savory tarts, stuffings or vegetable cutlets as a substitute for breading. How to make Vegan Parmesan?
Prepare the ingredients:
- 1/2 cup BIO Cashew Nuts
- 1/2 cup of BIO Almonds
- 6 tablespoons of Yeast Flakes - Inactive Yeast
- a pinch of Himalayan salt
Place all ingredients in a blender jar and blend to a fine powder. Use as a sprinkle on spaghetti or casseroles and as a thickener for soups or stews.

Smak orzechowo - serowy. Bardzo smaczny dodatek do risotto i past kanapkowych.
Stosuję, aby uzyskać "serowy" smak moim wegańskich serów. Fajnie się sprawdza, nie spożywając nabiału, mam chociaż małą namiastkę sera.
