Organic Banana Chips 350g
Natural chips made from bananas
If you can't live without munching on crisps, choose a healthy and fully natural version of them, i.e. banana chips. They are tasty, healthy, filling and provide plenty of vitamins, minerals and other valuable nutrients.
Banana gift from the gods
The homeland of bananas is Southeast Asia. The inhabitants of those areas have always considered bananas to be the food of the gods. They were sweet, melted in the mouth, and almost instantly energized. Even today, bananas are recommended for hard-working people, athletes, young children and the elderly or sick as an excellent nutrient.
Crispy slices full of flavor and value
Dried bananas contain just as many positive substances as dried bananas. They contain many simple sugars, thanks to which they are easily absorbed by the body. They reduce the feeling of hunger almost immediately and provide a feeling of fullness for a long time. Banana chips contain many vitamins and minerals, as well as a good amount of fiber and anti-oxidant substances. It is a real treasure of health and beauty closed in yellow, crunchy slices. Banana chips are nothing more than sliced bananas, fried in coconut oil.
Caloric, but worth eating from time to time
However, you have to remember that banana chips are not only tasty, but also quite caloric. In 100 grams, they have about 519 kcal, so it is worth consuming them with caution - a few or a dozen slices will perfectly satisfy your hunger, but the whole package at once will certainly not be good for you, especially for people who are currently on a diet. Despite the high calorific value, it is worth eating banana chips from time to time - they are definitely better than potato chips from the store, full of artificial additives.
As a snack or as an addition to snacks
Banana chips can be eaten on their own as a healthy snack. They can also be used as an ingredient in desserts, cookies or cakes. Crushed banana chips can be added to homemade muesli - they will make it much sweeter and more nutritious. An interesting idea is also home-made cereal bars with the addition of crushed banana chips.

Doskonala przekaska. Dzieciaki uwielbiaja :)
I dorośli i dzieci uwielbiają bananowe chipsy :)
Smaczne. Dobre jako przekąska.
