Organic cocoa, Forastero Hispaniola variety
Organic cocoa with 20-22% fat content, obtained from the organic cocoa bean variety Forestero Hispaniola. This variety accounts for 90% of all global harvests. It is characterized by a pleasant aroma and unique taste. Naturally contains calcium carbonate. During production, the cocoa was alkalized, making it less bitter and more easily soluble in water.
