Organic cocoa with 20 - 22% fat content, obtained from the Forestero Hispaniola organic cocoa beans variety. This variety accounts for 90% of the world's total harvest. It is characterized by a pleasant aroma and unique taste. It naturally contains calcium carbonate. In the production process, cocoa has been alkalized, thanks to which it is less bitter and dissolves more easily in water.
