ORGANIC Macadamia Nut Butter - the creamiest nut in the world, in a jar
Macadamia is the aristocracy among nuts - the most delicate, buttery, and, let's face it, the most luxurious. We take them whole, gently roast them, and grind them into a velvety cream. THE REAL MACADAMIA PASTE tastes exactly as it should - with no sugar, no salt, no palm oil.
Ingredients? One item: ORGANIC macadamia nuts from Kenya.
Warning, it will be runny! (and that's a good thing)
Before you open the jar, there's one thing you need to know: macadamia is the fattiest nut in the world - our butter contains as much as 73 g of natural fats per 100 g of product. That's why macadamia butter is noticeably runnier than classic peanut butter. It might even drip off your sandwich if you're not careful. This isn't dilution or a defect - it's proof that there are only nuts inside. If the butter were thick and firm, it would mean we added hydrogenated fats or stabilizers. And we don't do that.
Oil on top? Everything's fine
After a few weeks, a layer of oil naturally separates on the surface - sometimes quite a significant one. This is a normal phenomenon in all our 100% nut creams and does not affect product quality. Just mix thoroughly before use.
Prefer a thicker consistency? Keep the jar in the fridge.
Macadamia nuts from Kenya - from a long-term supplier
Kenya, with its volcanic soils and equatorial climate, yields nuts with an exceptionally buttery, full flavor. Our macadamia nuts come from a long-term, trusted supplier that brings together Kenyan agricultural cooperatives - we have been working with the same raw material for years, ensuring that every batch tastes consistently good. We know the origin of every sack of nuts that enters our facility.
From Cikowice near Krakow - we do everything ourselves
Macadamia nut butter is produced in our facility in Cikowice near Krakow - Poland's first organic nut butter factory. We roast the nuts in one of the most modern nut roasting ovens in the world, which allows us to control the process down to the degree - because there's a really big difference in taste between "perfectly roasted macadamia" and "30 seconds too long." We don't outsource anything: roasting, grinding, and packaging are all done in-house, under one roof. We have over ten years of experience in producing organic nut butters, and we produced the first 100% nut butters in Poland.
ORGANIC certification, meaning good for you and the planet
Our macadamia butter is an organic farming product with PL-EKO-03 certification. This guarantees the controlled origin of the raw material - Kenyan macadamia nuts come exclusively from certified organic farms, free of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. You eat exactly what you see in the ingredients.
We test more than regulations require
Certification is a starting point for us, not the finish line. We commission independent tests of our products from reputable and accredited laboratories. Our macadamia nut butter has been tested for, among other things, aflatoxins (B₁, B₂, G₁, G₂), ochratoxin A, heavy metals, salmonella, and yeasts and molds. Nuts are a raw material that requires special attention - that's why we prefer to check twice, so you don't have to check at all. You can download the test results in the section below.
Glass jar - because that's fair
Perhaps a perfect package doesn't exist, but glass comes closest. It protects macadamia cream well, doesn't transfer any substances to it, and after emptying, the jar lives on - for spices, preserves, or in recycling.

How does it taste best?
Macadamia butter will work wherever classic peanut butter does - and in some places where it can't. Pour it over oatmeal, millet porridge, pancakes, or ice cream (the liquid consistency is an advantage here, not a problem!), add it to a banana smoothie, use it as a base for creams, fillings, and homemade sweets, or as an aromatic addition to baked goods. And classically - a spoonful straight from the jar.
Storage
Store macadamia butter in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep the jar tightly closed. Mix thoroughly before use.
