BIO Hazelnut Butter - a taste you'll remember
Does hazelnut spread remind you of the most famous jar in the world? Rightly so - but there, the nut content is only a dozen percent, and ours is 100%. We take whole hazelnuts, roast them until their full aroma is released, and grind them into a medium-thick, fragrant paste. No sugar, no powdered milk, no palm oil.
Ingredients? One item: 100% organic hazelnuts from Turkey.
New version - thicker and even more nutty
We listened to you and changed the way we roast our nuts. The previous version of the spread was quite fluid - great for ingredients in ice cream, cakes, and desserts, for example, but on a sandwich, it could play tricks and drip on its way to your mouth. The new hazelnut spread is medium thick and more convenient for direct use - it stays put on bread, waffles, or oatmeal where you spread it. Bonus? Our entire team, who tests nut spreads daily, unanimously agrees that the new version is also more nutty in taste and less bitter.
Roasting makes a difference
A raw hazelnut is unremarkable. It's only through roasting that a deep, slightly caramel aroma, which you know from good desserts, is extracted. We roast in one of the most modern nut roasters in the world and monitor the process down to the degree - which is why our hazelnut cream smells of nuts, not burnt skin.
Oil on top? All good
Hazelnuts contain 61g of natural fats per 100g, so after a few weeks of production, a layer of oil may separate on the surface. This is a normal phenomenon in all our 100% nut creams and does not affect product quality. Just stir well before use. And if your jar doesn't separate - congratulations, you have an exceptionally fresh batch.

The Turkish Black Sea coast is the world capital of hazelnuts - the local climate produces nuts with an intense, full aroma. Our hazelnuts come from a reliable, proven supplier - for years, we have been working with the same raw material, so each batch tastes just as good. We know the origin of every bag of nuts that enters our facility.
From Cikowice near Krakow - we do everything ourselves
Our hazelnut butter is produced at our facility in Cikowice near Krakow - Poland's first organic nut butter factory. We don't outsource anything: roasting, grinding, and packaging are all done in-house, under one roof. We have over ten years of experience in producing organic nut spreads, and we were the first to produce 100% nut butter in Poland.
BIO Certificate, meaning good for you and your family
Our hazelnut spread is an organic product with PL-EKO-03 certification. This guarantees the controlled origin of the raw material - Turkish hazelnuts come exclusively from certified organic farms, free from synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. You eat exactly what you see in the ingredients.
We test more than required by regulations
The certificate is our starting point, not the finish line. We commission independent tests of our products from reputable and accredited laboratories. Our hazelnut spread has been tested for aflatoxins (B₁, B₂, G₁, G₂), ochratoxin A, heavy metals, salmonella, and yeasts and molds, among others. Nuts are a raw material that requires special attention - that's why we prefer to check twice, so you don't have to check at all. You can download the test results in the section below.
Glass jar - because that's fair
Perhaps the ideal packaging doesn't exist, but glass is the closest. It protects the hazelnut cream well, doesn't transfer any substances to it, and after emptying, the jar lives on - for spices, preserves, or recycling.

How else can I use this spread?
Mix hazelnut butter with cocoa and a touch of honey - you'll have a homemade chocolate-flavored hazelnut spread in 2 minutes, with better ingredients. Thanks to its thicker consistency, it spreads wonderfully on bread, waffles, and pancakes, and it also works well in oatmeal, smoothies, baked goods, or with sliced apples. And classically - a spoonful straight from the jar.
Storage
Store hazelnut spread in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the jar tightly closed. Stir thoroughly before use.
