A few words about peanuts
Peanuts, also known as peanuts, have accompanied mankind for thousands of years. Nowadays, they are popular in almost every latitude, as evidenced by the fact that they are used in the recipes of virtually all cuisines of the world. Rich in antioxidants. They are characterized by a low glycemic index.
A few words about peanut paste (peanut butter)
One of the most popular products obtained from peanuts is nut paste, also commonly known as peanut butter. Invented in the 19th century by the American physician JH Kellong. Initially, it was popular only in the USA and the Netherlands. Currently, peanut butter is an essential ingredient in everyday breakfasts (and not only breakfasts), in an endless number of homes around the world.
Our peanut butter is prepared exclusively from roasted peanuts. It also does not contain salt, oil, sugar or other additives. It consists exclusively of peanuts. Natural and unprocessed.
Why is it worth including peanut butter in our menu
Peanut paste, like the nuts themselves, is a source of unsaturated fatty acids, fiber and protein.
For this reason, peanut butter is recommended to all physically active athletes (competitive and amateurs), as well as anyone who leads a healthy lifestyle. The aforementioned protein positively affects not only the regeneration of our muscles after exhausting training, but also their growth. Due to the high protein content, peanut paste is also recommended for people on a vegan diet and, due to the lack of animal fats in its composition.
Peanut butter can also be consumed by people on a slimming diet. Despite its high calorific value, only 2 teaspoons of paste allows you to reduce the feeling of hunger for up to 2 hours.
Nut paste, as an addition to ...
Peanuts, and thus peanut butter, are a natural support for our body and brain. For this reason, it should be a permanent element of our breakfast menu, and not only. Peanut butter is a natural and tasty addition to bread, toasts, cocktails, rice and cereal wafers, countless desserts, pancakes, porridge, and even cakes or sauces. It goes well with both sweet and spicy dishes. Any idea of using nut paste is good and depends entirely on our creativity.
It is worth noting that a few days after opening the nut paste, a small amount of fat may accumulate on its surface. It is a completely natural phenomenon, and the fat itself comes only from peanuts.
The butter is best stored in a tightly closed jar, in a shaded and cool place.
