Returns

Need to make a return? No problem. You'll find all the information you need here.

Please note that special regulations apply when returning food products:

  1. Food products can only be returned if the product packaging has not been opened .
  2. Food products with a short expiration date cannot be returned. If a product has a short expiration date and is excluded from returns, we always include this information on the product page.

The return procedure at Ekogram is very simple

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Returns made after this time will not be accepted.

Step 1 – Complete the returns form

If you wish to return a purchased item, please download and complete the returns form.

Step 2 – prepare the package with the returned goods

Send the completed returns form to kontakt@ekogram.pl or print it and attach it to the package with the returned goods.

If possible, use the same packaging in which you received the goods for returns – this will save you money and help reduce waste.

The package containing the goods should be prepared so that the returned goods reach us safely. This is especially true for glass jars and bottles. They must be properly secured. Please remember that you are responsible for any damage to the goods incurred during the return process.

Step 3 – send the package with the returned goods

Send the ready and well-secured package by post or courier to the following address:

Step 4 – Refund

We will issue a refund for the goods within 14 days of receiving the package. We usually do it sooner – within 1-3 business days.

We will refund you the same method used to pay for your order.
