How we pack orders
Have you ever wondered what happens to your order before the courier knocks on your door? For us, it's not an assembly line, but a dedicated pair of hands that takes care of each package from start to finish. Take a peek behind the scenes of our packing process!

Step 1: We assemble your order
It all starts with a list. We check your order item by item and collect the products from the shelves. While doing so, each product undergoes a quick inspection—we check if the packaging is intact and if everything looks as it should. Only then does the product go to the packing table.
Step 2: We choose a custom-fit box
We don't send small items in large boxes—that's a waste of space, material, and common sense. We choose a box that gives the products just enough space as they need. If you order 6 jars of the same size, they go into a special collective carton where they travel even more safely.
Step 3: We secure, but without plastic
Instead of bubble wrap and plastic fillers, we opt for cardboard and paper. First, a special cardboard filler goes into the bottom of the package to absorb shocks during transport. Each jar is individually wrapped in corrugated cardboard, and another layer of filler is added on top to ensure nothing moves around inside during transit. Thanks to this, your purchases arrive safe and sound, and you don't have to wonder what to do with a mountain of plastic.
Step 4: We seal and send it to you
Finally, we close the package with our company tape featuring our logo—thanks to which you'll recognize an Ekogram package from afar. We attach the label and... done! The package is just waiting for the courier.
Why do we pack this way?
Because Ekogram is not just about ecological products on the shelves—it's an approach that makes sense from the order all the way to your doorstep. A package secured with cardboard and paper instead of plastic is not an extra for us, but a standard. Small things make a difference, and we believe that a well-packed package is the best calling card for a store.
See you with your next order!
