Coconut mousse has always been a phenomenon for me. It has been in the TOP3 of sales for years and you are buying more and more of it all the time. It's very tasty, it's true. It can be used in many ways, that's true. However, it is not an easy product to use.
Due to its rather hard consistency at room temperature, you cannot simply put it on a sandwich with a knife. Not everyone wants to heat it or scrape it with a spoon.
That's why over the last few years, in my free time, while riding a bike or walking in the forest with my dog, I have been thinking about what to do with this mousse to make it more pleasant to use. I dreamed of such a liquid coconut mousse, always ready to eat.
Everything changed one day when I ate so much of our peanut butter that my mouth was shut shut. I thought that I miss butter that doesn't stick to my face and doesn't have such a dominant taste.
It was then that the first combination of peanut butter and coconut mousse was created. It was good, but it was missing something.
The idea of liquid coconut mousse was great, but I was wondering what coconut means to me... Since I was a child, coconut has been CRUNCH, crunch-crunch for me. That's why I added crunchy coconut pieces to the liquid coconut. Then it was already very good, and with a teaspoon of agave nectar it turned out PERFECT and fresh.
This is how our new product - PEANUT ISLAND was created. Peanut Island surprises and never gets boring.
