Tamari sauce - organic, soy
Tamari organic soy sauce is produced according to a traditional recipe, but using modern technology. Created as a result of the natural fermentation of organic soybeans, water and salt. Before juicing, Tamari Soy Sauce is stored in special barrels for a period of at least 6 months. Due to the deep taste and aroma and long maturation time, Tamari organic soy sauce is classified as a dark sauces.
Cooking, stewing, marinating
Tamari bio soy sauce is recommended primarily to enhance the flavor of stewed meat, soups, noodles and rice, wok dishes, fried vegetables, numerous dressings and marinades. Perfect in combination with rice vinegar, ginger, garlic and pepper. Indispensable for cooking and marinating.
