ORGANIC Macadamia Nut Butter - the creamiest nut in the world in a jar
Macadamia is the aristocracy among nuts - the most delicate, the most buttery, and, let's face it, the most luxurious. We take them whole, gently roast them, and grind them into a velvety cream. THE REAL MACADAMIA PASTE tastes exactly as it should - without sugar, without salt, without palm oil.
Ingredients? One item: ORGANIC macadamia nuts from Kenya.
Warning, it will be runny! (and that's a good thing)
Before you open the jar, there's one thing you need to know: macadamia is the fattiest nut in the world - our butter contains as much as 73g of natural fats per 100g of product. That's why macadamia butter is distinctly runnier than classic peanut butter. It might even drip off your sandwich if you're not careful. This is not dilution and not a defect - it's proof that only nuts are inside. If the butter were thick and compact, it would mean we added hydrogenated fats or stabilizers. And we don't do that.
Oil on top? All good
After a few weeks, a layer of oil naturally separates on the surface - sometimes quite a large one. This is a normal phenomenon in all our 100% nut butters and does not affect the quality of the product. Just mix thoroughly before use.
Prefer a thicker consistency? Keep the jar in the fridge.
Macadamia nuts from Kenya - from a regular supplier
Kenya and its volcanic soils and equatorial climate yield nuts with an exceptionally buttery, full flavor. Our macadamia nuts come from a stable, proven supplier that brings together Kenyan agricultural cooperatives - for years we have been working with the same raw material, so each batch tastes just as good. We know the origin of every bag of nuts that enters our facility.
From Cikowice near Krakow - we do everything ourselves
Macadamia nut butter is produced at our facility in Cikowice near Krakow - Poland's first organic nut butter factory. We roast the nuts in one of the most modern nut roasters in the world, which allows us to control the process down to the degree - because between "perfectly roasted macadamia" and "30 seconds too long" there is a really big difference in taste. We don't outsource anything: roasting, grinding, and packaging are all done in-house, under one roof. We have over ten years of experience in producing organic nut butters and we produced the first 100% nut butters in Poland.
BIO Certificate, meaning good for you and your family
Our macadamia butter is an organic farming product with the PL-EKO-03 certificate. This guarantees the controlled origin of the raw material - Kenyan macadamia nuts come exclusively from certified organic farms, without synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. You eat exactly what you see in the ingredients.
We test more than regulations require
The certificate is a starting point for us, not the finish line. We commission independent tests of our products ourselves in reputable and accredited laboratories. Macadamia nut butter has been tested, among other things, for the content of aflatoxins (B₁, B₂, G₁, G₂), ochratoxin A, heavy metals, salmonella, and yeasts and molds. Nuts are a raw material that requires special attention - that's why we prefer to check twice so you don't have to check at all. You can download the test results in the section below
Glass jar - because it's fair
Perhaps the ideal packaging doesn't exist, but glass is the closest. It protects the macadamia nut butter well, doesn't transfer any substances to it, and after emptying, the jar lives on - for spices, preserves, or in recycling.

How does it taste best?
Macadamia butter will work wherever classic peanut butter does - and in a few places where it won't. Pour it over oatmeal, millet porridge, pancakes, or ice cream (the liquid consistency is an advantage here, not a problem!), add it to a banana smoothie, use it as a base for creams, fillings, and homemade sweets, or as an aromatic addition to baked goods. And classically - a spoonful straight from the jar.
Storage
Store macadamia butter in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep the jar tightly closed. Mix thoroughly before use.
