How to make homemade granola?
- Combine the rolled oats and mixed nuts in a large bowl. I used flaked almonds, raw peanuts, and hazelnuts.

- In a small pot, melt 3 tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil
- Add peanut paste, honey, cinnamon and salt to the oil

- Reduce the heat and mix until smooth.
- Add the brine to the bowl with the cereal and mix thoroughly for one minute.

- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
- Line an oven tray with baking paper and spread a thin layer of granola on it.

- Bake for 25 minutes, stirring the granola halfway through to ensure even baking.
- After 25 minutes, add the coconut and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
- Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
- Once the granola is cold, add the chocolate drops and pour the granola into the jar.
