Organic extra virgin avocado oil
Unrefined, cold-pressed (extra virgin) avocado oil is made exclusively from the flesh of ripe fruit. This allows it to retain its intense green color with a slight brown tint , delicate, neutral flavor, and the characteristic aroma of fresh avocado . This versatile product is perfect for both cooking and home skin and hair care.
Unsaturated fatty acids in oil
Avocado oil owes its properties primarily to its unsaturated fatty acids . Oleic acid , considered a heart-healthy fat, is particularly important. Regular consumption of organic avocado oil can be a valuable addition to a balanced daily diet.
Moreover, avocado oil supports better utilization of nutrients from food – it helps increase the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K , as well as valuable carotenoids. Adding it to a meal can increase carotenoid absorption up to 17 times compared to the same meal eaten without added fat.
The natural vitamin of youth – vitamin E
100g of avocado oil can contain up to 10mg of vitamin E , often referred to as the "vitamin of health and youth." This powerful antioxidant helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports healthy body function.
Joint and skin support
Avocado and soybean oil (ASU) extracts can reduce joint pain and stiffness. Avocado oil, thanks to its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, is also a valuable ally for dry, chapped, and irritated skin – used regularly, it can support skin regeneration and improve comfort.
Use in the kitchen
Organic avocado oil is a versatile vegetable oil that you can use similarly to high-quality olive oil. It is stable at high temperatures and has a high smoke point (approximately 295°C).
What can you use avocado oil for?
- Cooking and baking: ideal for preparing hot dishes, baking and stewing.
- Dressings and sauces: pairs well with balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and herbs in light salad dressings.
- Marinades: works well as a base for marinades for vegetables, rice or meat.
- Homemade mayonnaise and dips: adds a delicate, neutral note without dominating the flavor.
- For soups and bread: you can drizzle it over cream soup or use it as a healthier alternative for dipping fresh bread.
- Frying and grilling: it is sometimes chosen for frying, although to retain as much nutritional value as possible, baking and boiling are particularly recommended.
Avocado oil for drinking
Avocado oil can also be taken on its own as part of a daily diet. It's not a dietary supplement, so there's no one predetermined dose for everyone – the amount should be adjusted to your lifestyle, diet, age, and overall health.
One tablespoon (approx. 14 g) of avocado oil provides approximately 1,750 mg of linoleic acid and approximately 90 kcal . The recommended daily intake is 1–2 tablespoons . If in doubt, consult a doctor or dietitian before adding the oil to your regular diet.
Natural skin and hair care
Avocado oil is also valued in cosmetics. It can be used:
- as an ingredient in body lotions, face masks and hand creams ,
- for oiling hair or as a light serum for the ends,
- for the care of dry, chapped, irritated skin requiring relief and regeneration.
Used regularly, it helps maintain the softness and elasticity of the skin and the healthy appearance of the hair.

Storage and natural sediment

A natural sediment may appear at the bottom of the bottle over time. This is normal and does not indicate the oil has spoiled – simply shake the bottle gently before use.
