Organic Rye Pasta - Shell - 400g - Bartolini
Bartolini - Family Pasta Manufacture
For 25 years they have been cultivating the art of making pasta. They are one of the few Polish producers who add fresh eggs to their egg noodles. They produce pasta on bronze matrices in Otwock near Warsaw.
Rye shells from the manufacturer Bartolini are made from pure wholemeal rye flour (type 2000). It is a healthier alternative to wheat pasta. It contains more fiber and much less gluten. In addition, wholemeal rye pasta is an excellent source of energy. You can add it as desired to soups, pan dishes or even to salads and casseroles .
Organic rye noodles
It is best to buy rye noodles in ecological stores, which always verify that the products from their assortment have the appropriate certificates. Rye, which comes from organic farming, is less polluted and meets the stringent quality requirements imposed by the EU . So look for the certificate on the packaging or buy it in stores you trust.
