Lentils have many properties that will allow you to take care of your health. So, red lentil pasta has a lot of nutritional value - it contains a lot of protein, as well as potassium and folic acid. Lentil noodles are often recommended for people who do not eat meat and have problems with adequate protein intake.
Lentil protein is - right after soybean protein - the best digestible vegetable protein by the body. It is therefore an excellent alternative to meat. Bio lentil pasta in 100 grams of the product has about 348 kcal, so it should not be consumed every day. However, it is a good source of energy after training . It goes perfectly with cherry tomatoes, tofu, parsley and curry. If you want to diversify your diet and change wheat noodles for healthier ones, bio red lentil noodles will be a good choice.
