Bartolini - Family Pasta Manufacture
For 25 years they have been cultivating the art of making pasta. They are one of the few Polish producers who add fresh eggs to their egg noodles. They produce pasta on bronze matrices in Otwock near Warsaw.
Spelled pasta from the manufacturer Bartolini is a healthy substitute for wheat pasta. It has a full, universal flavor. Thanks to the use of only 100% spelled flour for production, it is extremely valuable. It contains a lot of fiber and other nutrients , such as protein (almost 12%) and healthy fats, which it retains thanks to a strong shell. It also does not contain such amounts of gluten as traditional pasta.
