BALANCE pasta is a combination of wheat pasta and zinc derived from vegetable additives: chickpea flour and pumpkin seeds. The zinc contained in it helps to maintain a proper acid-base balance. The basis is semolina, durum wheat flour, which allows the preservation of wheat pasta. Thus, it finds wide culinary use as a functional substitute for classic pasta. Zinc helps in maintaining the correct acid-base balance and in maintaining normal cognitive functions
