Hemp flour bread
Below is a recipe for hemp flour bread.
- 20 g oat flakes -
- 60 g dried cranberries -
- 60 g chopped dates -
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon -
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt -
- 100 g of almond mousse
- 4 tablespoons of hemp flour -
- 3 tablespoons of orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup -
- a pinch of vanilla -
- Combine oatmeal, cranberry, cinnamon, dates and salt.
- Combine the flour with the almond mousse, agave syrup and orange juice. Add a pinch of vanilla.
- Gently combine all ingredients and put on a square plate smeared with fat.
- Bake in a fan oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- After cooling, cut into pieces.
