It all starts with the cannabis seeds, which most often come from China, less often from Europe. We tested them all, Chinese, Romanian, Austrian, Dutch and Lithuanian.
We wanted a local supplier from Europe, so we focused on searching here until we found a Lithuanian farm that has been dealing exclusively with the cultivation and processing of hemp for years. In short, they know what they are doing!
Hemp seeds -
This is the product that is the least frequent in my kitchen. I never had an idea for them because they are quite hard, although it is worth remembering that hemp seeds have very good properties and are suitable for eating. Inspiration from the client came to the rescue. Hemp gomasio, or hemp salt, is enough to gently toast the hemp seeds in a pan and beat them in a mortar with Himalayan salt or Kłodawa salt (8: 1 ratio).

Shelled hemp seeds -
Without a doubt, it's my favorite cannabis product that I always have at home. By the way, it is the tastiest in my opinion :) It is made by gently squeezing the seeds until the husk bursts. Then the middle is separated from the husk and 2 products are formed: shelled hemp seeds and hemp fiber (husk).
I love them as an addition to cocktails and cookies, because of their great taste and high protein content - almost 35%. The properties of shelled hemp seeds make them great for weight loss.
Hemp bran -
It is formed when the seeds are shelled, it is just the shell itself. She's quite tough. Bio hemp bran can also be used as an addition to homemade bread or soap. Thanks to their properties, they massage and exfoliate the skin perfectly. Hemp husk is a natural peeling.
Hemp oil -
The shelled grain is slowly pressed at a low temperature (below 42 degrees). Note, this hemp oil must not be fried! It should only be eaten raw, so it is usually used as an addition to salads and sauces. It is also liked for its ideal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3, i.e. 3: 1.
However, I have the most good information from you about the effects of this oil on your complexion. Over the years, I have met many clients who did not help with their problems, until they found our hemp oil and discovered its amazing properties. Such opinions are probably the best recommendation :)

When you press the shelled hemp seeds, the oil separates, you already know. What is left after the production of the oil is the defrosted grain, which you only need to gently dry and grind into a powder.
This is how your favorite hemp protein is made. It is a simple and completely natural process, without any additives or complicated chemical processes.

Hemp flour -
It has a lower protein content and a higher fiber content than hemp protein because it is made by mixing hemp protein with hemp husk. This gluten-free flour is most often the basis for delicious recipes for chocolate cookies and muffins.
Hemp leaves -
The characteristic leaves from the top of the plant are selected and dried at low temperature. They are often called hemp tea. They have a pleasant - slightly herbal flavor. They taste very good with the addition of freeze-dried cranberries . Due to their calming properties, they are most often used at bedtime.
