What should you know about cranberries?
This short, inconspicuous shrub produces berries in the form of berries, whose beauty and beautiful red color are impossible to take your eyes off of. Grown on a mass scale, it has become - right after the forest blueberry - the most popular berry plant. It is especially cultivated in Scandinavia and the United States, where it is found ideal conditions for development. Cranberries are harvested in two ways: traditionally, by picking berries from bushes, or ... by catching fruit from fields flooded with water. The fruit does not sink because there are air chambers in it, thanks to which the red berries float to the surface of the water. The cranberry harvest is so large that the processing area where the deliveries of the fruit are placed turns into a huge, lush red "ocean".
How to use organic freeze-dried cranberries?
Eat the red freeze-dried berries raw - they taste delicious and also care for the gums from the outside. You can also use this tart fruit as an addition to sauces, fruit soups, roasts, salads (served sweet or specifically), ice cream desserts and baked goods. Cranberry tastes great with poultry and game. Organic freeze-dried cranberries can also be a perfect addition to muesli and yoghurts - as a filling or decoration. It always tastes great and looks great.
