What is pink Himalayan salt

Not processed in the production process. Milled by hand, in the traditional way, i.e. by rinsing and then drying.

The salt settling on the ocean floor was covered with lava and permafrost, which allowed it to survive unchanged until today. Thanks to this natural protection and a lack of contact with pollutants, pink Himalayan salt is the purest we can find on earth.

Why is it worth using pink Himalayan salt

Pink Himalayan salt contains a spectrum of 84 minerals and other elements that cannot be found in traditional salt.
Such a large variety of colors of Himalayan salt crystals (from numerous shades of white, through pink, to red) is the result of this extraordinary mineral richness, especially iron. It consists of over 99.45% of sodium chloride solution and less than 0.55% of other minerals, including carbon, hydrogen, lithium, oxygen, nitrogen, fluorine, sodium, silicon, magnesium, calcium, sulfur, the aforementioned iron, chromium, manganese, zinc, iodine and many others.

Himalayan pink salt helps to maintain balance and harmony in our body. It is used not only as a substitute for food salt, but also as an ingredient in brines for health and cosmetic treatments. It is a substance that has been used in rejuvenating, regenerating and detoxifying baths.

How best to use pink Himalayan salt

Pink Himalayan salt can be used in several basic ways:

• As an alternative to traditional table salt.
• As a detoxifying brine for our body. To 250 ml of water, add 1 tablespoon of Himalayan salt saturated solution (in order to obtain a saturated solution, pour salt into warm water and stir until it dissolves. Sprinkle salt into the water until it stops dissolving). It is recommended to drink one glass a day.
• As an addition to brine baths. It is a great way to regenerate muscles after exercise. Pour a Himalayan salt solution (1 kg of salt per 4 liters of water) into a bathtub with warm water (temperature approx. 37 degrees C). Such a bath should last a maximum of 30 minutes. People with circulatory problems should consult a doctor beforehand whether they can use such baths !!!
• As a component of brine rinse solutions (add 1 tablespoon of salt to 1 glass of water). Use the rinse in the case of a sore throat, runny nose and stuffy nose as well as ear infections. Himalayan salt solution can be added to home masks, and salt mixed with olive oil or coconut oil can be used as a face and body scrub.
