Ginger Juice from Ekogram - ginger in its most convenient form
Fresh ginger is great - until you have to peel and grate it every time you fancy a bit of spice. That's why we've bottled it: 97% freshly squeezed organic ginger juice, topped off with organic lemon juice. No added sugar, no preservatives, no artificial flavors. Unscrew, shake, pour - that's it.
Life's too short for grating ginger 🙂
Naturally spicy energy boost for your morning
This isn't a mild apple-juice-based ginger shot where ginger plays second fiddle. This is almost pure ginger juice - intense and feisty. So, start cautiously: mix 10 ml with a glass of cold water, taste, and gradually increase the dose until you find your preferred spiciness. Save the full strength for later - or for mornings that demand decisive action.
A curiosity for the brave: the warmer the water, the spicier the juice will be. Under the influence of heat, gingerol - the compound responsible for ginger's heat - partially converts to shogaol, which we perceive as even spicier. Therefore, add a little less to ginger tea than to cold water. And do not boil - only heat.
An advantage over ready-made ginger shots
You can use it exactly as you like. A spicy shot? Go for it. Mild? Also possible! Ginger tea? It'll be ready in no time. It all depends on what you fancy.
Sediment at the bottom? Everything's fine
Always shake the bottle before use. Natural starch and ginger particles released during pressing settle at the bottom - this is a sign that we work without clarifying agents and emulsifiers. Our juice is simply pressed.
Why 97%, not 100%?
A small addition of organic lemon juice balances the pH of the juice and extends its shelf life. This gives you up to 14 days to use the juice after opening the bottle (stored in the refrigerator).
How to use ginger juice?
- Ginger shot. A classic morning routine: 20-30 ml solo or with a teaspoon of honey and orange juice. A guaranteed wake-up call - sometimes faster than espresso.
- Tea and warming drinks. 10-20 ml to warm (not boiling!) water, herbal infusion, or water with honey and lemon. Remember the rule about heat - the juice bites harder when hot.
- Ginger water. 10-20 ml per large glass of cold water and you have aromatic, thirst-quenching ginger water - practically calorie-free.
- Lemonades and cocktails. Homemade ginger lemonade, ginger ale, iced tea with a kick, or a non-alcoholic Moscow Mule - a few milliliters are enough to give your drink character.
- Smoothies and juices. Ginger combines perfectly with apple, carrot, orange, and turmeric.
- In the kitchen. Marinades for meat and tofu, dressings, Asian soups, ramen, curries, baked goods, jams (pear-ginger!). Anywhere a recipe calls for grating fresh ginger - just pour in a little juice. The liquid form spreads evenly, without fibrous pieces to pick out.
One bottle contains 12-25 servings, depending on how strong you like it.
Once opened - refrigerate
After pressing, the juice is pasteurized. This means it doesn't need to be refrigerated before opening. Once opened, store it in the refrigerator and consume within 14 days. Shake before each use.
BIO Certificate, good for you and the planet
Our ginger juice is an organic farming product with PL-EKO-03 certification. Ginger from certified organic cultivation, without synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. You eat exactly what you see in the ingredients - and the ingredients list has two items.
Glass bottle - because it's fair
Perhaps the ideal packaging doesn't exist, but glass comes closest. It doesn't impart any substances to the juice, best preserves the aroma, and after emptying, the bottle lives on - for homemade syrups, dressings, or in recycling.

A curiosity about ginger
Although everyone says "ginger root," botanically it's a rhizome, an underground stem. In medieval Europe, ginger was so valuable that half a kilogram was worth a sheep. And its characteristic spiciness is due to gingerol - a compound from the same family as capsaicin found in chili peppers.
