Zucchini spaghetti is an instant raw vegan dish. You don't have to cook anything. You can prepare them in 15 minutes. See what a simple recipe it is!
For the preparation of courgette spaghetti pasta, it is best to use a special julienne peeler. It is such a scraper, very similar to a potato peeler, only with cloves. I bought it in a kitchenware store for about PLN 20. You can also use special sharpeners for vegetables, but I read conflicting reviews of these devices and bought the simplest and cheapest peeler :) You can also try to cut courgettes with a knife, there are tutorials on how to do it.

Ingredients for zucchini spahgetti
- 2 medium zucchini
- 3/4 cup dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of roasted pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon agave syrup
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon of chili
- Himalayan salt
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1/4 cup of yeast flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon of chili
- 1/4 teaspoonturmeric
- Himalayan salt
- cherry tomatoes / almond Parmesan
