Homemade crackers

In today's episode of "I've Never Had This Before," I'll be making my first homemade crackers. These are both vegan and paleo (grain-free/gluten-free).

How to make homemade crackers?

  • Set the oven to 150 degrees, while it is heating up, prepare the dough
  • Mix dry ingredients (flour / linseed / salt / garlic / oregano / baking soda / cream of tartar)
  • Mix wet ingredients (olive oil / water)
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix thoroughly.
  • Once the dough is ready, form it into a ball and gently flatten it.
  • Then we roll it out into a fairly thin layer.
  • We cut it with a knife into rectangles measuring 5cm x 2cm.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper, add the dough and bake in the oven for 40 minutes
  • We take out the dough, tear it gently into individual rectangles and turn it over to the other side.
  • Bake for another 15 minutes
