Pancakes recipe
- oat flakes - a glass (100g)
- rice protein - 1/4 cup (30g)
- baking soda - a teaspoon
- a glass of plant milk
- 1 banana
- extra virgin coconut oil (for frying)
Topping:
How to prepare vegan protein pancakes?
- Blend all ingredients
- Heat a thin layer of oil in a pan
- Fry medium-sized pancakes until golden on each side
- Serve with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, peanut butter and maple syrup
