Lentil soup is a quick, tasty and nutritious dish. If you like cream soups, Turkish lentil soup is something for you!
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 can of sliced tomatoes
- 350g of red lentils
- 1.5 litersof vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of dried mint
- 1 teaspoon of hot pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper
- Himalayan salt
- pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
