Lentil soup is a quick, tasty, and nutritious dish. If you like creamy soups, Turkish lentil soup is for you!
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 350g red lentils
- 1.5 liters of vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- Himalayan salt
- pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
