Millet pudding is a healthy dessert. I check whether everyone is able to prepare it and whether it is really as tasty as everyone praises.

Ingredients for Orange Millet Pudding:
- 120g of millet
- 250ml of plant milk
- 250ml of water
- 4 dates
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- 2 oranges
- 1 tablespoon of orange flower water
- 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
The recipe comes from the book by Dominika Wójciak : "Straight, delicious to the box"
How to prepare millet pudding?
Soak the millet overnight in cold water.
Before making the pudding, it should be rinsed well under running water.
Then we pour the groats into the pot and add vegetable milk, water, dates, vanilla extract and salt.
We bring to a boil and reduce the heat.
We cook for 25-30 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add oranges, peeled and white, and mix.
When the groats are cooked, add a tablespoon of orange blossom water.
Blend everything until smooth.
We put them in bowls and cool them in the fridge.
