Millet pudding is a healthy dessert. I'm testing it to see if anyone can make it and if it's really as delicious as everyone says.

Ingredients for orange millet pudding:
- 120g millet
- 250ml of plant milk
- 250ml of water
- 4 dates
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- 2 oranges
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
The recipe comes from Dominika Wójciak's book: "Simple, delicious in a box"
How to prepare millet pudding?
Soak the millet overnight in cold water.
Before preparing the pudding, rinse it well under running water.
Then pour the groats into a pot and add plant milk, water, dates, vanilla extract and salt.
Bring to a boil and reduce the heat.
Cook for 25-30 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add the peeled and white membrane oranges and mix.
Once the groats are cooked, add a spoonful of orange blossom water.
Blend everything into a smooth mass.
Pour into bowls and chill in the fridge.
