The Ekogram Breakfast at a Kraków Restaurant
An idea we finally brought to life. Why does it matter so much? Wesoła Cafe served some of the first truly interesting breakfasts in Kraków, back when going out for breakfast was still something special. They also make delicious coffee — some of the best in the city. That's why we're thrilled that you can now try a dish featuring our products in this one-of-a-kind spot.
Where is Wesoła Cafe? At Rakowicka 17, just 300 m from Kraków Main Station and 200 m from the Kraków University of Economics.

So What Can You Eat at Wesoła Cafe?
The dish in question is labneh with Ekogram tahini and date syrup. Why this combination? It's summer, so young carrots simply had to make it onto the menu — and they pair beautifully with labneh. The slightly bitter tahini cuts through the traditional flavor of labneh and complements the young carrots, while the date syrup adds a caramel note and a touch of fruity acidity. Together, everything just works.

Why tahini instead of peanut butter? Because of its flavor profile — it brings a gentle bitterness that's not overpowering, and it has just the right consistency. That makes it a perfect match for young carrots, which are wonderfully sweet at the peak of the season.
And why date syrup? It adds the aroma of dried fruit and caramel notes to the whole dish, giving it a lovely character — a little traditional, a little with a twist.
