Regardless of the season, there are days when we don't feel like boiling. Then it's best to reach for simple, quick and proven recipes. Oatmeal cookies are one of them.
Ingredients for oatmeal cookiesIt's hard to find easier cookies! Their base is a banana, and the entire recipe consists of three ingredients:
If you don't have drops, don't worry - you can easily replace them with good chocolate, which you simply chop into smaller pieces with a knife.
- We start by crushing a banana. I throw myself two bananas into a large bowl. We don't need a blender for this recipe, just crush the bananas with a fork.
- When the banana is ready I add 150 grams of oatmeal - I use organic oatmeal from our shop.
- Then I mix the mass and when the banana is well mixed with the oats, I add the chocolate drops.
If you like this oatmeal cookie recipe, feel free to experiment and add a little:
You can also replace chocolate drops with chopped nuts or almonds.
Our mass is ready. Now all you have to do is wait about 20 minutes for the flakes to get some moisture from the banana and then you can form and bake the cookies. Meanwhile, turn on the oven and set it to 180 degrees.
Forming and baking cookies
Nine cookies came out of the mass. We form them in such a way that we take the mass into our hands with a spoon and knead it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Soon there will be an episode of porridge. I am very curious what porridge you are eating. Who knows, maybe your porridge will be in one of the next episodes?
Once the oven has warmed up, put the cookies in for about 13-14 minutes and you will see how beautiful they will look. As you can see, no fat is needed, they fall off the baking paper very nicely.
Finally, wait for them to cool down and it's time for a test! Bon Appetit!
