Durum świderki Bartolini pasta is made from semolina. Semolina is made from durum wheat, the so-called coarse wheat flour. Contrary to whole-grain pasta, durum pasta is yellow in color, does not stick together and is sufficiently springy, and in addition it looks beautiful on a plate .
Durum pasta - properties
Spiral durum pasta is harder and harder to overcook it. Semolina pasta contains more nutrients than classic wheat pasta. It contains phosphorus, potassium and iron, among others . In addition, durum pasta is full of B vitamins , folic acid and fiber. Another advantage of this type of pasta is the high content of lutein, which cannot be produced by humans. In addition, durum wheat has a low glycemic index, which is important for people on a diet and people who struggle with fluctuating blood sugar levels.
Durum wheat pasta - perfect for dinner
Durum Bartolini pasta will be an excellent base for dinner (we especially recommend combining it with fresh vegetables and meat), but it can also be an addition (e.g. in the form of a pasta salad). It will also be perfect for pasta casseroles .

The durum wheat pasta we offer is a pasta mix in five flavors. Swirl pasta takes on an unusual color by adding vegetables to it : dried tomatoes, dried spinach, dried red beetroot and turmeric.
Bartolini - Family Pasta Manufacture
For 25 years they have been cultivating the art of making pasta. They are one of the few Polish producers who add fresh eggs to their egg noodles. They produce pasta on bronze matrices in Otwock near Warsaw.
