Just as interesting as the names of the phyllable and its origin are the properties of this plant. So let's check why it's worth eating it.
Each of us has certainly seen and admired the bellows more than once. It is easy to recognize because it has the characteristic yellow-orange fruit that is similar in size and shape to cherry tomatoes. The fruit is hidden in a characteristic casing resembling a Chinese lantern.

While the aesthetic qualities of this plant leave no doubt, its health benefits are almost unknown. Surely many people are now ignorant. Who could have guessed, after all, that this plant that we admire in the gardens is edible! But the nice appearance of the fruit is not all that can be said about this plant. Due to its beneficial effect on our health and taste, it definitely deserves more attention.
What does the apple mushroom taste like and how to eat it?
The small, round fruit of the Peruvian apple has an original, sweet taste, with a slight sour note, something between orange and tomato. For some, it also slightly resembles the taste of pineapple, gooseberry or kiwi.
Mushroom can be eaten raw or dried. Before eating the fruit, it must be removed from the casing. The raw apple leaflet is served whole or cut in half. There are numerous small seeds in the flesh.
It is also worth reaching for hand-sorted and sun-dried fruits, which are much more easily available and fully retain the properties of a fresh fruit.

On the other hand, the high content of simple sugars means that a handful of cupcake fruits will effectively satisfy hunger and provide a long feeling of satiety. Mimosa should be eaten especially in the autumn and winter , during frequent colds and colds. Thanks to this, it is not only easier to deal with infections typical of this season, but also to cope with spring fatigue more easily.
A bellows in the kitchen
The fruit is very delicate and sensitive to touch, therefore it is sold only in the package. When buying, it is necessary to check that no mold has appeared on them.
It is best to keep the bellows in the refrigerator . It should stay in it for about two weeks without any problems. However, it is served at room temperature, so before eating it should be taken out well enough to warm it up.
Neat, fine particles of a jellyfish, their vivid, eye-catching color are eagerly chosen to decorate desserts, cakes and drinks. The possibilities of using it depend only on your own culinary preferences, because the apple fruit goes well with any type of dish.
It is also worth trying to prepare marmalade from them. Its preparation does not require much effort, because the high content of pectin in the raw fruit makes the marmalade set quickly and keep the consistency well. In addition, it has a very original, slightly tart taste and an amazing color.
It is always worth having dried fruits at hand. They can be eaten as a snack, like other dried fruits, e.g. raisins, or added to bars, muesli, ice cream, cookies or desserts. It is also worth enriching the taste of sauces with them. Such an addition goes well with sweet dishes. It can also be served with meats.
Sometimes you can also find a chocolate covered apple in workshops dealing with hand-made chocolates. This is a real, quite rare delicacy that you should definitely try. Healthy fruit, full of vitamins, will fully offset the extra calories of chocolate. It is not worth denying yourself a cupcake in any form , because eating it is a real pleasure for your health!
