Toast 200 g Brazil nuts in a dry frying pan and let cool. Preheat, bake to 200 degrees. Crush a teaspoon of chilli, black pepper, thyme and cumin in a mortar. Mash the egg white with a fork with a pinch of Himalayan salt and coat the nuts in it. Add spices and mix well. Put the nuts on a baking tray (lined with paper). Bake for about 10 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven.
