A few words about organic sunflower oil

Organic, cold-pressed, sunflower oil. Unrefined. Obtained from the highest quality sunflower seeds from certified organic farming. It is characterized by a light yellow color and a pleasant aroma.
Sunflower oil is one of the most popular vegetable oils in our country. Ecological, cold-pressed, exceeds the quality of those commonly available in stores. Unfortunately, in the production process they are heated to high temperatures, losing most of their valuable properties, including the aroma and, of course, the taste. Thanks to cold pressing, ecological sunflower oil retains all the properties of sunflower seeds.

What's in the oil

Ecological sunflower oil is a real natural treasure for our body. First of all, it is a source of Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids and Omega-3 fatty acids, although the latter only in trace amounts. It contains linoleic acid, belonging to the group of exogenous acids, which is a necessary component of our diet, because it is not synthesized by our body (it belongs to the group F vitamins). Among all available vegetable oils, sunflower oil is the richest source of vitamin E, as well as carotene and lecithin.

Organic sunflower oil is also rich in a number of vitamins, especially vitamins A, B, B6, D and PP, as well as numerous mineral salts.

Ecological sunflower oil in our kitchen

BIO Sunflower oil can be used to prepare countless dishes. Perfect as an addition to groats, cheese and sandwich spreads, salads and salads, sauces and dressings or homemade mayonnaise.
Ecological sunflower oil reaches the smoke point at 170 degrees Celsius.
It should be kept in a cool and shaded place.
Due to its properties, sunflower oil is often used for home cosmetic treatments and for home cosmetics (e.g. creams, masks or hair conditioners). It can be used directly on the skin.
