What is sesame oil?

Sesame oil is also rich in micronutrients such as zinc, sodium, copper, magnesium, calcium and iron as well as vitamins K and E. For every 100g of sesame oil there is an average of over 11mg of vitamin E, giving it unique antioxidant properties. Sesame oil also has a high concentration of fatty acids, especially omega - 6 and omega - 9.
What dishes can I use sesame oil for?
