Black mulberry fruits are rich in numerous vitamins, including vitamin C, PP, and B vitamins (B1 and B2), as well as minerals, including iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. Low calorie.
Black mulberry fruit is also a real well of tannins, malic and citric acid, pectin, flavonoids, coumarin and tannins.

Black mulberry - snack, desserts, muesli and syrups

Dried black mulberry fruit is a delicious and healthy snack between meals. In addition, it works great as a wholesome addition to muesli or porridge, yoghurts, salads and countless desserts. Dried mulberries can also be used to make wonderful jams, marmalades, but also syrups and tinctures.
You can also easily prepare a decoction of dried black mulberry fruit. For this purpose, it is enough to pour 1 tablespoon of fruit with a glass of boiling water, and then simmer it for about 15 minutes. Drain before consumption. Drink warm.
Dried black mulberry fruits, due to their regenerating and strengthening properties, are recommended as a wholesome snack during long hiking or cycling trips.
