White mulberry not only likes butterflies

Although white mulberry is mainly associated with silkworms and silk production, in fact it can also be used in other ways. The native areas of white mulberry occurrence are distant regions of Asia, in particular China. It was the Chinese who noticed the unusual properties of mulberry and began to use it in medicine and in cooking.

Ecological, because it is extremely resistant

Mulberry came to Europe, also to Poland in the Middle Ages. However, for centuries it was grown solely as food for silkworms. Only in the 20th century, with the advent of healthy food and natural remedies, white mulberry began to gain popularity. Currently, it is widely used due to its taste and health-promoting properties. The white mulberry tree can grow up to 20 meters in height. It is a plant that is extremely resistant to bad weather conditions and pests, so it can be grown without the use of chemical aids or plant protection products. So white mulberry fruit is fully organic.

What's in the mulberry

Dried white mulberry fruit is low in calories, which makes it a perfect snack for people who care about their body. Sweet fruits are a source of simple sugars, disaccharides and organic acids. It is also a very rich source of flavonoids. It is worth including white mulberry fruit in your daily, balanced diet, because they are filling, sweet, tasty and healthy.

With muesli for breakfast, bars for snacks

White mulberry fruit is perfect as an ingredient of healthy, homemade muesli. Just mix dried fruit, cereal grains, oatmeal and add a few handfuls of white mulberry, and you will get a wholesome meal for breakfast. After adding milk or yoghurt, it tastes great, and white mulberry gives the muesli a sweet, delicate flavor.

White mulberry fruit is a great addition to grain bars, which are also worth making at home. Then you always know what's in them and you don't have to worry about glucose-fructose syrup or other ingredients that are unfavorable to health. White mulberry in bars goes well with grains and gives them a sweet taste.

White mulberry fruit can be successfully added not only to bars, muesli or other snacks, but also to drinks. Add a few dried fruits to your fresh fruit smoothie to enhance the flavor and nutritional value of your smoothie.

Bardzo smaczne.

Pierwszy raz jadłam suszone owoce morwy i bardzo mi zasmakowały.
