The current batch has smaller pieces than usual, the taste is sweeter - less sour than before. Although we rarely eat mangoes in our Polish conditions, it is worth changing. It is a unique fruit, full of valuable nutrients that should not be missing in our daily, healthy diet.

The homeland of Mango is distant India, where this fruit has been cultivated for over 4,000 years. Hindus call it the fruit of the gods not only because of its beautiful shape and appetizing flesh, but also because of its unique properties. Depending on the species, mangoes can be small or very large - they can weigh up to two kilograms. The color of its rind also varies - we meet yellow, orange or red-green fruits. While they may be slightly different in taste, they all have the same amount of nutrients. Mango can be eaten both fresh and dried - in the latter form, it still retains all its valuable properties.

Dried mangoes are aromatic and taste great. It contains a lot of vitamins and minerals that are essential for our body. It is a rich source of vitamins A, C, E and B vitamins, as well as copper, iron and potassium. Like other dried fruits, mangoes also contain a lot of fiber, which is essential for our body. Dried mangoes taste great without any additives, as a healthy, light and healthy snack. A few dried fruits can successfully replace a snack. If you fancy something sweet and with added calories, give up packaged sweets and use natural sugar in dried mangoes. You will satisfy your hunger for sweet and provide yourself with a portion of healthy and tasty energy.

Dried mango is also a great addition to many dishes, especially those whose recipes come from exotic regions of India and the Far East. Dried mangoes can be added to curry paste, as a stuffing for meat and fish, and as an addition to salads, both sweet and savory. Dried mangoes will also be a great addition to ice cream desserts, and when finely chopped, they will be a healthy ingredient in homemade dried fruit and nuts.

Jadłem mango suszone maniakalnie, to jest przepyszne. Całe opakowanie w ciągu wieczora. Skończyło się to u mnie fatalnie - wywalonym brzuchem po paru tygodniach z mango suszonym 🙂 Musiałem zacząć biegać i odstawić węgle na dłuższy czas. Niestety, to jest zbyt pyszne i nie mogę się powstrzymać jak to jem. Nie mogę do tego wracać. Szkoda. W zamian za to Hazelnuty płynne z ekogram wciągam lyzkami, mniej węgli wiec bebzolek pod kontrola a tłuszcz daje na dłużej sytość.

Mój ulubieniec, kocham w każdej postaci. Niesiarkowane, słodko - kwaśne, wciągające - niestety to dla mnie minus bo pożeram całe w ciągu trwania jednego filmu ;)
Lekko kwaśne plastry mango od których jestem uzależniona. Często zabieram w góry jako przekąskę na górskim szlaku.
