What is almond flour?

Almond flour is an alternative to traditional flour in sweet baked goods. It owes its extraordinary popularity mainly to its wonderful, sweet taste and rich aroma. Obtained by grinding whole, organic almonds without brown skin.

Why is it worth using almond flour

Almond flour is a source of protein, numerous carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. Rich in calcium, potassium, zinc, magnesium and copper. Almond flour also contains vitamin E, B vitamins, including vitamins B1 and B2, and vitamin PP.

Due to the high content of easily digestible protein, almond flour is extremely nutritious and filling.

How best to use almond flour

Almond flour is very easy to use. 1 cup is equivalent to 1 cup of traditional flour. It is perfect for home baking muffins, sweet bread, pancakes or muffins. Recommended for making vegan Parmesan cheese.
