What is Coriander?

This one-year-old plant should be called a digestive herb. It smells quite original, but it is mainly due to its specific aroma that it has perfectly acclimatized to the kitchen. It belongs to the same botanical family as celery, fennel, and carrots. And it looks similar to the plants mentioned. If, while hiking in the wilderness, you come across a greens that looks a bit like parsley, but smells ... of bedbugs, i.e. sweet, anise-raspberry - quite bland, and its seeds have an extremely intense, strong flavor, you can be sure that it's coriander. If you don't know what coriander smells like, smell the curry spice - the seeds of this plant are one of the basic ingredients in this mixture.

Why is organic coriander so valuable?

Coriander seeds contain a lot of essential oil. It is thanks to him that digestion is sensationally improved: the intestines start to work like the cogs in a Swiss watch, and you feel light. For those who complain of ailing and sticky joints, apply coriander compresses; by the way, they will get rid of pimples on the skin and inflammations.
