A few words about freeze-drying

Freeze-drying (freeze-drying) is a method of preserving food by drying fruit after it has been frozen. 70% to 96% of the water is removed from frozen fruit. This method not only protects the products against deterioration, but also preserves their valuable nutritional values. During the freeze-drying process, there is no loss of nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates or fats), vitamins or biologically active substances. Additionally, fruits preserved with this method retain their natural color, shape and, most importantly, aroma.
Freeze-dried food is especially popular among climbers and climbers, hiking and cycling enthusiasts and sailors.

What should you know about kale?

When everything is hidden in snow, the kale still stands proud in the vegetable bed. Frost does not harm this vegetable, but it even helps - because its leaves lose their characteristic bitter aftertaste after freezing. You can cook it (as long as it is short), fry it, bake it, and add it to minced cutlets or prepare a nutritious soup based on it. Try replacing parsley or spinach in recipes where these vegetables are traditionally used - guaranteed that the taste of a well-known dish will positively surprise you.
