Bardzo dobra.
zdrowsza siostra czerwonej fasoli. robię z niej kotlety (marchewka, seler naciowy, cebula, fasola) albo dodaję do leczo żeby uniknąć kiełbasy a urozmaicić je w białko
Długo szukałam fasoli Adzuki, bo tęskniłam za słodką pastą fasolową z Japonii - dzięki dr Pelc wreszcie mogłam stworzyć swoją zdrowszą wersję. Polecam bardzo gorąco.
Dobry produkt. Trzeba ją dłużej moczyć i gotować niż np. fasolę mung, czy soczewicę, mimo to jej niepowtarzalny smak i aromat jest warty zachodu!
