What should you know about chili pepper?

Small, but spicy - this is the most accurate and shortest characteristic of chili pepper, a species which, thanks to its unusual taste, has become a hit in the kitchen in many regions of the world. Chili is a close relative of ordinary pepper and potato. It was used in antiquity, but the world got to know it better thanks to the Aztecs and Columbus. The Indians, wanting to soften the burning taste of chili, tried to combine it with many products. The palate was most delighted with the mix of sweet and spicy flavors, with the sweet ingredient being chocolate adored by the indigenous peoples of America. Chili chocolates available in the market today are the legacy of ancient Indians. Remember that chili, although it has a fiery flavor, can have different colors of the pods: from blood red, through orange, to yellow and green.

How to use organic chili peppers?

You can add the pulp of chili peppers in pods to any dish that you want to improve the taste of. Perfect for salty and sweet dishes. In the former, it will emphasize the spicy taste, in the latter: it will balance the bland sugar aftertaste and add a characteristic spiciness. Add whole chili pods to stews (especially those that are supposed to have a burning note), aleo, oyster mushroom, yeast dishes such as pizza, lasagne and seafood. If you gently (!) Wipe your lips with the pod, they will turn unusually red and plump.
